Terms & Conditions
1. Nature of the Club
The Bond Social Club (the "Club") is an exclusive private circle for naturist social wellness, incorporated under the laws of the province of Quebec and Canada. The Club organizes high-end immersive social nudism experiences in selected private venues, with the sole purpose of fostering authentic human connections, body acceptance, and a return to real presence away from digital environments.
The Club is, in its nature and in the entirety of its activities, a space of naturist wellness that is strictly non-sexual. Any conduct, proposition, non-consensual physical contact, communication or behaviour of a sexual nature — explicit or implied — is absolutely prohibited at any event, communication or platform associated with the Club.
2. Membership and Admission
Membership is private and discretionary. The Club exercises a strict right of admission at all times, both during online registration and at the venue door. Organizers reserve the right to deny access or membership to any person without being required to state reasons, where there are reasonable grounds to believe the person may compromise the safety, integrity or values of the space.
Admission is reserved exclusively for persons aged 20 and over. Official government-issued photo identification may be required at any event. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.
By completing the registration and payment process, the member confirms having read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as the Club's Privacy Policy.
3. Code of Conduct and Right of Immediate Expulsion
All members present at a Club event commit to maintaining absolute respect towards all participants, organizers and the venue at all times. The following behaviours, by way of example and not limitation, constitute grounds for immediate expulsion:
- Any behaviour of a sexual nature, harassment, proposition or physical contact that is not explicitly and consensually requested.
- Capturing, recording, photographing or sharing images or audio of other participants without their explicit and verifiable consent.
- Using electronic devices with camera functionality in areas designated as confidential during the event.
- Attending while under the influence of substances in a manner that is disruptive to the group.
- Any expression of discrimination, verbal or physical violence, intimidation or disrespect toward any person present.
- Failure to comply with instructions given by organizers during the event.
- Disclosing, sharing or making public the identity, image or personal data of any Club member.
Expulsion from an event is immediate and final, at the sole discretion of the organizers. Expulsion does not entitle the member to any refund, whether total or partial, of the ticket price. The Club reserves the right to permanently ban an expelled member from future events without prior notice.
4. Photography, Recording and Visual Confidentiality
Protecting the anonymity and privacy of all participants is a fundamental and non-negotiable value of the Club:
- It is strictly prohibited to take photographs, record video or audio, or capture screenshots of any kind during events, in both private areas and common areas of the venue.
- All electronic devices with a camera must be stored away during the event. Organizers may ask any participant to store or temporarily surrender their device.
- All photographs and images published on The Bond Social Club's website (thebondsocialclub.com) are for the Club's exclusive use. All image rights have been legitimately acquired in writing from each person depicted. Reproduction, distribution, modification or external use of these images is strictly prohibited.
- Any violation of this policy constitutes immediate grounds for expulsion and may be pursued before the competent civil and criminal authorities of Quebec and Canada.
5. Transactions and Payments
All transactions on The Bond Social Club's platform are personal and non-transferable: the ticket is linked to the registrant and may not be transferred to third parties. Resale of tickets is prohibited.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a globally recognized PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. The Bond Social Club does not store any credit or debit card data on its servers. All financial data is managed entirely by Stripe under its own terms of service and privacy policy.
The price of each event corresponds to the rate indicated at the time of purchase, expressed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and inclusive of applicable Quebec taxes. A transaction confirmation will be sent to the registered email address.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the private and strictly limited-capacity nature of the Club's events, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued except in the following exceptional cases, at the Club's sole discretion:
- Cancellation of the event by the organizers: the Club will offer a full credit toward a future event or a full refund.
- Duly documented force majeure circumstances preventing the event from taking place.
Refund requests arising from personal circumstances (change of plans, inability to attend, disagreement with these terms after purchase) will not be accepted. Expulsion from an event for breach of the Code of Conduct does not generate any right to a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Club acts as organizer of naturist wellness experiences in third-party private venues. The Bond Social Club is not liable for damages, losses or injuries arising from irresponsible behaviour by participants, acts outside its direct control, or failure to comply with safety instructions given during the event. Participants attend at their own risk and free will, having confirmed their full legal capacity and knowledge of the naturist space conditions.
8. Amendment of Terms
The Bond Social Club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the platform or attendance at events after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada, including the Consumer Protection Act (L.R.Q., c. P-40.1), the Civil Code of Québec and the Quebec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the province of Quebec.
